The energetic museum was founded in the water mill in the Tiltiskes village. The bank line of the Antaliepte lagoon is winding over 160 km. The Antaliepte lagoon is a real treasure and an uncovered world for tourists. The Sventas lake is filled with a cristal clear water. Through its transparent water anyone can watch its underwater life. At the southern bank of the lake there is a sandy beach, called "a little Palanga".
